Today is National Brownie Day

Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh.

That ‘Ooh’ was the result of us thinking about a chocolate brownie.

We love the characteristic cracks on the top of these little lovelies but for us, it’s all about the sensual squidge of the lower layer. That’s why we’re thankful one of our favourite desserts now have their very own day; and what a wondrous day it is!

A whole day dedicated to The Brownie.

It’s amazing what you can do with butter, flour, eggs, sugar and chocolate….and anyone who has tasted our warm chocolate fudge cake will have to agree.
